The Forte Hotel Group has unveiled details of its new global reward programme, Moments.com, which it is launching to replace current loyalty programmes Carte Noire, L'Invitation and Points Card.

Moments brings together Forte's three hotel brands -- Posthouse, Heritage and Le Meridien hotels and resorts -- by offering customers a point for every [pounds]2 spent on accommodation, food or drink at any of the three chains worldwide.

The scheme, details of which first emerged in April, will be supported by an interactive, personalised web site -- www.moments.com -- which is set to go live tomorrow (Thursday).

The site will offer users access to their account details and give them personalised offers based on their purchasing behaviour and leisure preferences. It will also offer scheme members last-minute weekend deals in an inventory section called 'Special Moments'.

Members of the scheme will need 200 Moments points to qualify for a free hotel stay, equating to [pounds]400 at an applicable hotel. …
