Andrew Harrison started his career at Procter & Gamble in 1987, holding various brand manager positions before becoming marketing director in 1996. In 1998 Andrew left P&G to become marketing director of Coca-Cola Great Britain and in July of this year he moved to join Nestle Rowntree as director of marketing for confectionery, based in York.

Here we have a highly complex individual who resists being pigeon-holed with fervour. He seems to show relatively little of himself to the outside world --this is definitely a do-er rather than an be-er.

He knows how to place things to advantage and to use space; he even maximised the impact of his writing by surrounding it with a definite frame of white space.

This is a highly motivated individual whose involvement will never be partial.

High on control, he prefers to deal with precise reality rather than hypothesis. He dislikes delaying tactics, and 'fuzzy' thinking with such a degree of fervour that it should warn off colleagues who amble when they should be marching. …
