ISN'T BILL CLINTON THE FORMER PRESIDENT?

It's deja vu all over again for our political team in Washington. By now, weeks after George W. Bush was inaugurated, most of our correspondents in the capital bureau had expected to be focused on Bush, the new Congress, GOP policy initiatives and stories of that sort. And they are. But our team is pulling double duty, devoting a lot of time to reporting on someone who was supposed to be long gone from the front pages--the former president. "It's hard to resist covering Bill Clinton," says investigative reporter Michael Isikoff. "Even out of office, he's just too good a story."
