Metrowest Bank in Framingham, Mass., has hired Judy L. Wood as senior vice president of bank operations and information technology.

The job includes running the $882 million-asset bank's call center.

Ms. Wood was a principal consultant in Boston at PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP. Before that she had been the business process manager at NEC Technologies Inc. of Boxborough, Mass., a unit of Japan's NEC Corp.


Horizon Bancorp. in Michigan City, Ind., said its president, Craig M. Dwight, will become chief executive officer too in July.

He will succeed Robert C. Dabagia, who will remain the chairman of the $529 million-asset company.

Mr. Dwight began his banking career at Horizon in 1979 and progressed to branch manager, human resources director, and finally commercial lender.

He left in 1986 for the Holland, Mich., unit of First of America Bancorp. (National City Corp. bought the company in 1998.) There he was a senior commercial lender and a vice president -- as he was at Horizon when he returned in 1990. He became president in 1998.


Bryn Mawr Trust Co. in Pennsylvania has promoted Carmen L. Fiorentino, who manages its commercial and real estate lending division, to senior vice president.

He had been a group vice president since joining the $431 million-asset company in 1997. He has 30 years of banking experience.

Atlantic Bank of New York, a unit of National Bank of Greece SA, has rehired Dominick Tesoriero as its sales director and a vice president.

Mr. Tesoriero held a similar post for four and a half years at North Fork Bank of Mattituck, N.Y.

Before that he had worked for $2 billion-asset Atlantic for 10 years -- eight running its Maiden Lane branch in the financial district and then two managing its headquarters branch in midtown Manhattan.

Earlier he had worked in branch banking for 20 years at Irving Trust Co. …
