I used to think I couldn't be successful because I had children. I now know that's not true: I have another child on the way and feel that I can do almost anything. I'm currently writing a novel and have contacted publishers. I really want advice on how to make this work.

It's good you realize that while raising children is no easy task, you can still be free to pursue other interests. What you will need to focus on is developing a time management system that will allow you to take care of the kids and find the time to finish your book--especially in light of your pregnancy.
