Nicola Mendelsohn is business development director at Bartle Bogie Hegarty. She started in 1992 as a graduate trainee working in account management. She moved into Business Development in 1997.

Warm, funny, extrovert and creative--this is one strong, articulate lady. Greek formations (look at the first 'd' in the word 'depending') point to her penchant for both presentation and (interestingly) construction. This is someone who 'builds'.

The writing is aesthetically very pleasing, but I can't help note that only the first letter i was dotted (instead of a potential seven) -- an indication of fast thinking and, dare I say it, the merest frisson of impatience. (OK, she can bevery impatient. Satisfied now?)

Very much a 'now' person she is a practical creative and above all wants things to work, and work properly. For all that eye for detail, line and colour, she has a broad streak of realism in her make-up. Having said that, her writing skills are such that if she ever wanted another career this lady could give JK Rowling a run for her money! …
