TLC Debuts SchoolLibrary*Solution, Forms New 'Schools' Division. (Library Systems Today)

The Library Corp. (TLC) has announced the release of SchoolLibary*Solution, a product that integrates library automation with classroom curriculum. The company also announced that it has enhanced its support of the K-12 public school market by creating a new Schools Division and naming Chris Laughary, a former teacher and recognized innovator in education technologies, to spearhead that unit and serve as Lead School Product Manager at TLC.

According to the announcement, SchoolLibary*Solution is a districtwide automation product that eclipses the functionality of stand-alone approaches, thus freeing school media specialists from the maintenance responsibilities of the past.
