Rita Broe is head of marketing at MasterCard, UK and Northern Europe. She was responsible for the UK launch of the 'Priceless' campaign, and for devising MasterCard's UK music strategy with the sponsorship.

Spontaneous, talkative and real fun to be with - this is quite a girl. If she makes presentations I bet they are popular. (If she doesn't make presentations then she should start.) She's creative, thinks sequentially and has an infectious enthusiasm.A 'project' person, she likes nothing better than a (successful) completion.

She is high on control so when she has a long-term project she'll divide it into more manageable chunks. When this one starts something she will finish it.

Something of a chameleon, she can move seamlessly from one situation to another regardless of any differences in company or environment.
