Disclosure Expands LaserDisclosure Document Universe

Disclosure Incorporated has announced an expansion in the number and types of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings available in "LaserDisclosure," its corporate information workstation.

LaserDisclosure is a CD-ROM-based desktop library containing digitized images of thousands of documents filed with the SEC by publicly held corporations. The continually updated disc library encompasses approximately 12,000 public companies listed on the NYSE, AMEX and NASDAQ (other Over-the-Counter [OTC] companies are also included.)

LaserDisclosure subsribers retrieve documents by first entering a company name or ticker symbol; they can then select entire company filings or specific sections and view them on a large, high-resolution screen. Retrieved information can also be printed out on state-of-the-art ion deposition or laser printers. Benefits of the system include rapid document retrieval and minimal storage requirements compared to paper or microfiche document libraries.
