Kathryn Jacob is commercial director at Virgin Radio. She became the first-ever female group head at The Daily Telegraph and then rose to head of agency sales at IPC before joining Virgin Radio as sales director.

A funny, creative perfectionist, if ever I saw one. This big, bold, rather narrow writing contains many rather contradictory elements.

She is unafraid of the limelight (an extrovert trait) and yet is very, very self-critical (not an extrovert trait).

Her middle zone (that area of writing where letters such as 'a', 'e' and 'o' are placed) is dominant which points to her being very much a 'now' person - someone who needs ongoing challenge and yet also needs to be very sure of the perimeters within which to work.

No matter how spontaneous she may appear, in actuality this writer leaves little to chance. She needs to know - and know now.

Her 'e' and 's' point to a massive affinity with the printed word, but clever connections and good strong layout indicate that she is also a visualiser par excellence. …
