Olivier Robert-Murphy is vice-president, International DVD at Universal Music International. He oversees the launch and marketing of more than 100 titles each year from artists such as Eminem and Blink 182.

What do we have here? Handwriting can carry an accent in just the same way as talking; this writing contains many non-UK 'pronunciations' which leads me to conclude that the writer learned to write outside of the UK. His rising lines indicate both amusement and enthusiasm about this exercise.

I like him already. Those triangular formations that appear in some of the 't's and 'f's point to him being no pushover.

OK, so he can be a trifle difficult - especially when it comes to other people's interpretations not fitting with the facts. When this guy gets a bee in his bonnet (I wonder if he will know that expression?) it will buzz and buzz until he finds an answer.
