The Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety (CCOHS) has announced the release of the Web version of the CANADIANA database, a collection of Canadian occupational health and safety information. Included in the collection are references to Canadian research reports and studies, journal articles, conference proceedings, and unpublished materials.

CANADIANA adds a Canadian component to the international coverage of occupational health and safety literature in CCOHS's OSH References collection on the Web, which includes the following:

* OSHLINE with NIOSHTIC offers 10,000 records and provides authoritative, up-to-date coverage and concise summaries of published, peer-reviewed OSH-related literature from around the world. In addition, it delivers NIOSHTIC bibliographic references with summaries of more than 200,000 other top international, peer-reviewed health and safety publications, including journal articles, research reports, books, studies, and more, from the U.S. National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH). Approximately 1,000 new references are added to OSHLINE every 3 months. …
