Susan

Susan T. Cheney, 20, graduated this past May from Jefferson Davis High School in Montgomery, AL with a 3.666 GPA, and was selected for inclusion into the 2001-2002 edition of Who's Who Among American High School Students. She has also received multiple awards from the Mayor of Montgomery, Bobby N. Bright, who proclaimed May 31, 2002 "Susan Tamara Cheney Day" as well as the Governor of Alabama, in recognition of her courage and achievements despite her disabilities. Susan has Spastic-Athetoid Cerebral Palsey and is non-verbal and non-ambulatory. Her parents, Marilyn and Bob Cheney, aide of 11 years, Kay Smith, and all the rest of her family and friends are very proud of her.

Earl

Earl Delk II, 2 1/2, was born with microcephaly. He is developmentally delayed, but doing well. Currently, Earl receives OT, PT, speech therapy, music therapy and special instruction. He also attends daycare twice a week for socialization. Earl enjoys car rides and crawling through the house. …
