Your best bets are sorbets, ices and skinny scoops of no-sugar-added, fat-free or low-fat ice creams. The Baskin Robbins nonfat, no-added-sugar Truly Free Vanilla contains 84 calories and 9 grams of fat in a half-cup serving-fewer calories and carbs than a big apple, actually. And frozen yogurt may sound healthier, but it packs the same number of calories as regular ice cream-unless it's fat-free.
