A letter from NAB President Juliene R. Hefter

If you are a full-time professional in the aquatic field or manage any type of aquatic activities as part of your job duties, the National Aquatic Conference (NAC) is a "must attend" for you. I attended my first NAC in 1996 and have attended most years since. I began going to the NAC and National Aquatic Management School (NAMS) to expand my horizons and to "get some sun," but my career has advanced to what it is today because of my attendance at these conferences.

The conference is filled with diverse educational opportunities that will help even the most seasoned professional improve their facilities and programs. Participants are provided with the most current information that is invaluable to the profession. Attendance at NAC also offers the highest potential to advance our field through networking.

Throw 500 aquatic professionals in a room and something good is bound to come out of the experience. Conversation is the inspiration for innovation. When attending the conference, the opportunity to contribute to the field of aquatics is huge. …
