Hall-Brooke Behavioral Health Services, Inc., opened a new 60,000-square-foot, 60-bed inpatient mental health and substance abuse hospital in June 2001, and in 2005 it renovated a section to open a 16-bed Women's Unit. The now 76-bed inpatient facility also consists of a Child and Adolescent Unit, Adult/Mood Disorders Unît, and Geriatric Unit. The facility, designed by Graham (Meus, Inc., Architects, is on 25 beautiful acres in a residential neighborhood.

Units were designed with swing doors to enable the number of beds on each unît to increase or decrease to meet the demands of the patient population. All units feature large skylights and floor-toceiling windows designed to let tn as much natural light as possible.
