"We don't just sit and wait for fame to happen," Burton explains. "We bring people straight to our kids."

In 2005, ; The Rage teamed up with Dream Talent Management, on agency owned by Burton's best friend, Karla Huff. "Dream Talent was born to help dancers training at The Rage," Huff says. (Dream Talent clients have been seen on Fox TV's "Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?", Disney's "Hannah Montana," the Kidz Bop World Tour and daytime series including "Passions" and "General Hospital," among other gigs!)

One great opportunity (of many) for The Rage students: Every four months, dancers in the school's Hollywood Launch program perform a showcase at Universal Studios City Walk Hollywood, an outdoor venue at the Universal Studios theme pork, and costing directors and agents are invited to attend. …
