This recording was originally issued as Gemini LP 57 but here it is in compact disc form with four tunes added, the last four tunes before the reprise of My Wonderful One. I had no idea of this vocalist and in fact my original interest was that Art Farmer was on the disc. His work is very good but it is her album from beginning to end. She has marvelous diction, a range from A to Z and timing that just doesn't quit. She sings in perfect English, not a trace of an accent Her website states she has been singing since the age of 5. I would not have been surprised that she left the womb singing. …
