DR. IRVIN T. CLARK III has been named associate vice president for student development and dean of students at Frederick Community College (Md.). Clark was director of student services at the Prince Frederick Campus at the College of Southern Maryland. He holds a bachelor's and master's from Cheyney University and a doctorate from Morgan State University.

CORDEL FAULK is director of admissions at the University of Virginia School of Law. He formerly served as director of communications, media and research at the university's Center for Politics. Faulk received a bachelor's from Virginia Tech and a juris doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Law.

SHIRLEY FRANKLIN has been appointed a William and Camille Cosby Endowed Professor of Social Sciences at Spelman College (Ga.). Franklin will assume the post when her term as mayor of Atlanta ends in January. She holds a bachelor's from Howard University and a master's from the University of Pennsylvania.

DR. MICHAEL G. PERRI is dean of the University of Florida College of Public Health and Health Professions. He formerly served as a professor in the university's Department of Clinical and Health Psychology. He holds a bachelor's froni Fordham University and a master's and doctorate from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

DR. K. RAVINDRA is associate dean of Parks College of Engineering, Aviation and Technology at Saint Louis University (Mo.). He received a bachelor's from the National Institute of Engineering (India), ä master's from the Indian Institute of Science and a doctorate from The Pennsylvania State University. …
