DR. NANCY "RUSTY" BARCELO has been named president of Northern New Mexico College. Barceló serves as vice president and vice provost for equity and diversity at the University of Minnesota. She earned a bachelor's from Chico State University and a doctorate from the University of Iowa.

DR. LAWRENCE D. CZARDA is president of Greensboro College (N.C.). Czarda was vice president for administration at George Mason University. Czarda holds a bachelor's from Bridgewater College, master's from American University and a doctorate from George Mason.

ADRIEN DELOACH has been named director of the Center for Diversity and Inclusion at Radford University (Va.). Previously, DeLoach served as a student development specialist in the Department of Multicultural Services at Texas A&M University. He earned a bachelor's and a master's from Western Kentucky University.

DR. JEROME F. HAJJAR has been named chair in the College of Engineering at Northeastern University (Mass.). Hajjar serves as a professor and Narbey Khachaturian Faculty Scholar in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He holds a bachelor's from Yale University and a master's and doctorate from Cornell University.

JOSEPH HARROZ JR. has been named dean of the College of Law at the University of Oklahoma. Harroz also serves as chief operating officer, director and president of Graymark Healthcare Inc. …
