DR. ROSLYN CLARK-ARTIS has been named chief academic officer for Mountain State University (W. Va.). Clark- Artis was executive vice president at Mountain State's Beckley campus. She earned a bachelor's and juris doctorate from West Virginia State University and a doctorate from Vanderbilt University.

DR. JEFFREY A. EDWARDS is chair of the Department of Economics and Finance at North Carolina A&T State University. Edwards is a tenured associate professor of economics at North Carolina AScT State. He holds a bachelor's from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a doctorate from Virginia Tech.

DR. LISA M. FREHILL is the director of research, evaluation and policy at the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering, Inc. Frenili was the research director of the Commission on Professionals in Science and Technology She has a bachelor's from the General Motors Institute and a master's and doctorate from the University of Arizona.

DR. GITANJALI KAUL is vice president of strategic planning and information technology at Florida Atlantic University. She was vice provost for planning, assess* ment and information resource management at Cleveland State University. She earned a bachelor's from the University of Delhi (India), master's degrees from Utkal (India) and Northern Illinois universities and a doctorate from Northern Illinois.

DR. WILLIAM T. LEWIS is vice president for the Office for Diversity and Inclusion at Virginia Tech. Lewis was director ot the Office of Institutional Diversity at Bridgewater State College. …
