Momentum Wins Big at Screen Marketing & Distribution Awards

Momentum, Warner Bros, Universal, Fox among winners at gala event in London.

Momentum picked up Distributor of the Year, British Independent Film Campaign of the Year (The King's Speech), UK Marketing Team of the Year and UK Online Campaign of the Year (Limitless) at last night's second Screen International Marketing and Distribution awards at the Park Lane Hilton in London.

Warner Bros' Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Parts 1 & 2 combined for the UK Theatrical Campaign Of The Year.

Universal Pictures' Senna scored wins for Best Documentary Release of the Year and UK PR Campaign of the Year, while Fox's Black Swan took home awards for Best Trailer and Best Poster Design.

Anne Bennett received the Lifetime Achievement award.

More than 400 industry professionals attended the gala event, hosted by comedian Stephen K Amos.

This year's jury was led by Stephen Moore and included Sally Caplan, Sandra Hebron, Col Needham, Denise Parkinson, Julia Short and Adrian Wootton.

StudioCanal led the shortlist with 13 nominations, Fox and Momentum had 11 each, Universal, ten, Revolver and Artificial Eye each had nine, and CinemaNX and Lionsgate had six.
