He will head up iFeatures 2 which is being launched by Creative England in March as a UK nationwide scheme.

Tristan Goligher - the producer of Andrew Haigh's critically acclaimed 2011 film Weekend - has joined low budget filmmaking scheme iFeatures as executive producer.

He will head up the latest round of the scheme, which began life at Bristol based regional screen agency South West Screen, but is now being launched on a nationwide level by Creative England in March, with backing from the BFI Film Fund, BBC Films and Skillset.

Three Bristol based features have already come out of iFeatures - romantic comedy 8 Minutes Idle, starring Tom Hughes, Ophelia Lovibond, Flying Blind which is currently in post-production starring Helen McCrory and The Dark Half which premiered at last year's Raindance Film Festival. …
