Gen Y is blurring the lines between business and pleasure through social media, according to a study released in January by Millennial Branding, a personal branding agency in Boston. The study revealed even though 64 percent of Gen-Y Facebook users failed to mention their employer on their profiles, they are connected to an average of 16 co-workers through the social media site, according to a Millennial Branding news release.
