PiFan's NAFF Market to Turn Spotlight on Indonesia

This year's Network of Asian Fantastic Films (NAFF), a projects market held as part of Korea's Puchon International Fantastic Film Festival (PiFan), will feature a spotlight on Indonesian projects.

NAFF organisers said Indonesia had been chosen as it is currently a rising mecca of Asian genre films. The five projects to take part in "Project Spotlight: Indonesian Selections" include Curious Grandma: The Murder Of Annet Van Houten, from Lucky Kuswandi (Madam X); vampire love story Blue Blood from Billy Christian, and Paul Agusta's Beautiful Beast, inspired by a classic Indonesian horror film.

Also selected are psychological thriller Trauma from Sidi Saleh, DoP on Edwin's Blind Pig Who Wants To Fly and Postcards From The Zoo, and hardcore slasher Homestay, from Natta Nazyra Noer. …
