NACM and Robert Half International Inc. Create Exclusive Alliance

The employment tu mover rate in the field of credit and collections is 75 percent evely five years, according to a recent NACM survey. Moreover, approximately 75 percent of credit professionals report to their company's accounting department. Where should these accounting managers turn when they need to fill temporary or permanent credit and collections positions?

A recently established, exclusive alliance between NACM and Robert Half International Inc. (RHI), will now make that decision much easier for accounting managers who are members of NACM.

In a signing ceremony on March 1, 1993 at the Annual NACM Legislative Conference, James M. Taylor, vice president of marketing for RHI and NACM Chairman-Elect Betty McDonald, signed an exclusive three-year alliance. The agreement names RHI as the officially sanctioned staffing services firm recommended for use by NACM membership. The agreement is designed to match qualified NACM credit professionals with available credit and collections job opportunities within the RHI system. The program will also increase the visibility and recognition of NACM's educational and credentialing programs throughout RHI's 150-office network.

"Companies today want to hire the best available specialized personnel, but don't know where to turn," says Max Messmer, chairman and CEO of Robert Half International Inc. "This alliance is the solution because it will match highly qualified credit and collections managers with temporary and permanent positions available through RHI."
