European Premiere of Dans la Maison to Close Zurich Film Festival

8th edition to screen 111 films from 22 different countries, including nine world premieres.

François Ozon's Dans La Maison will receive its European premiere as the closing film of the 8th Zurich Film Festival, which runs Sept 20-30.

This year sees more films screened than ever before (111 compared to last year's 95), more guests (350 to 2011's 215) and the introduction of a German language film market. Included in the films showing will be several European or international premieres, as well as nine world premieres such as Emmanuelle Antille's debut Avanti.

The programme sees four different competition sections - International Feature Film, International Documentary Film, German-Language Feature Film and German-Language Documentary Film - with each screening first, second or third features from filmmakers such as Rian Johnson (Looper), Ben Lewin (The Sessions), Michael Haneke (Amour) and Susanne Bier (Love Is All You Need). …
