London-based film group's seven-film slate will shoot in Czech Republic over the next two years and are all set from the 1920s through to World War Two.

Haas Silver Levene Film Studios have announced that Prague-based producer Matthew Stillman [pictured] and his Stillking Films company have boarded their $120m seven-film slate.

The London-based film group, headed by Timothy Haas, are working on seven films all set from the 1920s through to World War Two and based on real life events. Four are planned for 2013, including the $21m budgeted The Inside Out Man (currently casting) based on Frank Foley, a passport control officer in Britain's Berlin Embassy who went against his Government's orders to work with opposition groups to overthrow Hitler.

Also set to shoot in 2013 are The Hunt For Sister Edith, set to be directed by Australian Nadia Tass, which tells the story of German Roman Catholic philosopher and nun Edith Stein. Legacy of Fire, centred around a well-connected Jewish woman who decided to stay in Germany for the duration of World War Two, and The Secret of the Notebook, an adaptation of the bestselling novel of the same name, round off the 2013 slate. …
