DIFF Unveils Line-Up for Co-Production Market

The Dubai International Film Festival (DIFF) has unveiled the 15 projects selected for this year's co-production market, Dubai Film Connection (DFC).

The projects, all from Arab filmmakers, will vie for more than $100,000 in award money and partnership opportunities, with the aim of helping the scripts reach the screen. This year's line-up includes:

A Dog's Tail, dir: Rami Yasin (Jordan)

A Full Moon Night, dir: Fares Naanaa (Tunisia)

Batata, dir: Noura Kevorkian (Lebanon)

Beirut Solo, dir: Sabah Haider (Lebanon)

Catch the Moon, dir: Sameh Zoabi (Palestine)

Counterbalance, dir: Selim Mourad (Lebanon)

Even Donkeys Have Remorse, dir: Shirin Abu Shaqra (Lebanon)

From A to B, dir: Ali F. Mostafa (UAE)

Ghost Hunting, dir: Raed Andoni (Palestine)

Kilo 56, dir: Mohamed Hammad (Egypt)

Me, Myself and Murdoch, dir: Yahya Alabdallah (Jordan)

Scars and Traces, dir: Remi Itani (Lebanon)

The Foreign Son, dir: Abdallah Badis (Algeria)

The Valley, dir: Ghassan Salhab (Lebanon)

You Are Algeria, dir: Farid Bentoumi (Algeria)
