This book is well written and easily accessible. Throughout there are 'Essential Examples' that put the theory into context, drawing from many real business examples including Dyson, GoCompare and Pret A Manger. In addition to this, the book is based around a case study of a small hotel/ spa business and as the chapters evolve it shows how this business has progressed through the various stages of business planning. …
