Programmers at the Dallas International Film Festival have selected 42, Decoding Annie Parker and Sweetwater as the Centerpiece Films.

Screening in the World Cinema strand are Blancanieves, A Hijacking and In The House [pictured], while Premiere Series features the world premiere of Java Heat as well as The Brass Teapot, Kings Of Summer and Midnight's Children.

The narrative feature competition includes A Teacher, Azooma and The Dirties and among the documentary competition entries are God Loves Uganda, Beyond All Boundaries and We Always Lie To Strangers.

Documentary Showcase features Venus & Serena and The Other Shore and Latino Showcase introduces Clandestine Childhood, Man From The Future and 7 Boxes, among others.

"From family-friendly fare featuring girls with their dogs and a cup-stacking contest to challenging documentaries that bring you into the daily lives of some of the world's most interesting people -- well known and unknown alike -- the variety of films offered truly define our festival," said artistic director James Faust. …
