EXCLUSIVE: Bac reunites with Kormakur's BlueEyes Productions for sale of Kari's Fusi (formerly working titled Rocketman).

Paris-based Bac Films has picked up international sales on Icelandic director Dagur Kari's [pictured] Fusi about a fortysomething late bloomer.

Fusi revolves around 43-year-old who seemingly sleepwalks through life. A chance meeting with a bubbly woman and her eight-year-old life turns his world around.

It marks the filmmaker's fourth picture after the critically acclaimed Noi the Albino, Dark Horse and The Good Heart.

The film, originally working titled Rocketman, is produced by filmmaker Baltasar Kormakur and Agnes Johansen of Reykjavik-based BlueEyes Productions. Bo Ehrhardt and Mikkel Jersin of Danish Nimbus Films are co-producing.

Bac handled sales on Kormakur's The Deep, selling it to 30 territories. …
