DERRICK G RAG G has been appointed vice president and director of athletics at the University of Tulsa in Oklahoma. Gragg has been the director of intercollegiate athletics at Eastern Michigan University for seven years. He earned a bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University, a master's from Wayne State University and a Ph.D. from the University of Arkansas.

VERONIKHA SALAZAR has been named associate dean of students at Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Ark. Salazar had been the director of Hispanic Outreach and Retention at Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, Ga. She earned a bachelors degree from Pedro Ruiz Gallo National University in Lambayeque, Peru, and a masters and a doctoral degree from the University of Arkansas.

ANNETTE CLARK has been appointed dean of the Seattle University School of Law, the first alumnus of the law school to hold the position. Clark has been in a tenured faculty position at the School of Law. She earned a J.D. from the Seattle University School of Law.

FRANK ASHLEY has been named College Boards senior vice president of membership and higher education engagement. Ashley had been the Texas A&M University System's vice chancellor of recruitment and diversity. …
