Germany's Alamode Nabs Warmest Colour

Munich-based distributor Alamode Film has picked up Palme d'Or winner Blue Is The Warmest Colour for Germany.

Alamode's Fabien Arseguel pointed out that the deal on Abdellatif's Keciche's three-hour drama had been concluded before the awards ceremony on Sunday evening.

Apart from the previously announced acquisition of the award-winning Stranger By The Lake, Alamode also signed a deal for the Quebecois film-maker Louise Archambault's second feature Gabrielle with eOne Entertainment.
