Lifelong Learning Companion

Dear Editor:

Thank you for Black Issues In Higher Education. It is one of the greatest sources for me and my district. I have shared this resource with my district grant writer for years and now I intend to donate all of my back issues to his library. Thank you very much.

I graduated from Jackson State University and it is just wonderful seeing my colleagues every now and then in this publication - one way to keep up with them. Now that I have retired from Tulsa Public Schools (as of May 29, 1998), I plan on returning to the south where my family and "roots" are. I am also considering resuming my studies toward a doctorate. Regardless, I will take Black Issues along with me as I venture into a world of lifelong learning.

Retired Assistant Principal for Instructional Services Memorial High School Tulsa, Oklahoma
