Go Rhino introduced its 5038 push bumper for the 2003 Ford Police Interceptor. This bumper is available with optional wraparound brush guards. These guards provide extra protection for the entire front end of the vehicle. This guard is proven to reduce damage to the vehicle during PIT maneuvers and front-end collisions.

Great care has been taken to ensure no drilling is required and that installation takes less than 30 minutes. This ensures ease of installation and enhances the look of the vehicle. Heavy duty steel is used throughout, finalized with a black powder coat finish. It weighs only 47 pounds and does not interfere with the SRS airbag systems. Lights or additional equipment can be easily installed into the pre-drilled holes on the crossbar or side plates.

For 2003, Ford significantly redesigned the wheel on its Police Interceptor. In previous years, agencies could order their cars with a plain black wheel with a center cap or with a full wheel cover. In the past the plain black wheel and center cap looked fine and could be accented with a stainless steel trim ring around the outside of the wheel. This changed for 2003, with only the plain steel wheel and chrome cap available, and previous wheel covers and beauty rings not fitting.

Hubcap Haven now offers two options. One is a chrome slim ring that clips on the outside of the wheel and gives the same effect as the stainless steel trim rings did on the old wheels. This is an inexpensive way to change the look of the plain wheel.
