Now, any size publisher has three cost-effective licensing models to choose from: Team, Standard, or Enterprise. In all three editions, publishers can search, store, edit, and reuse content in any format (XML, PDF, images, audio, and video) and access their dashboards for status reports. Swets recently rolled out its SwetsWise Medical Searcher Starter Package, an app designed to accelerate discovery for physicians, researchers, and healthcare professionals. Swets partnered with Deep Web Technologies, a provider of federated search technologies, to give healthcare professionals fast and easy options to access trusted content as well as the SwetsWise database. In other news, Swets also signed agreements with Edward Elgar Publishing and JSTOR to include their ebooks in the SwetsWise catalog. Chegg recently redesigned its mobile app for a better etextbook reading experience. The app, available for Apple and Android devices, has more than 2.5 million guided solutions to help students answer problem sets and question sections in textbooks. In addition to solution topics that range from math and science to engineering and business, students can also read their etextbooks (rented for a monthly subscription fee) on the app and search for titles by keyword or by scanning a physical book's bar code. Materials from the American Indian Histories and Cultures will soon be available as a digital archive, thanks to a partnership between Chicago's Newberry Library and Adam Matthew publishers. The new digital resource is part of the Edward E. Ayer Collection, one of the world's main resources for American Indian history at the Newberry Library.
