MGM and Columbia Pictures' Robocop has grossed around $28.7m and marches into 31 territories this weekend.

Russia, Mexico, Spain, South Korea, Argentina and Hong Kong are expected to be among the heavy-hitters for the action reboot. Sony Pictures Releasing International's (SPRI) markets account for more than $9.3m of the overall running total. Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs 2 stands at $146.1m.

Fox International distributes George Clooney's The Monuments Men in around 16 territories including the UK, Mexico, Brazil and Italy.

Sony distributes in North America where the true-life drama enters its second session on $27.1m following a number two launch last weekend. Mr Peabody & Sherman arrives in Italy and stands at an early $6.9m.

Warner Bros Pictures International (WBPI) top brass will be looing to build on The Lego Movie's early $24.6m running total. The family film debuts in the UK, Holland and six other territories this weekend.

Frozen stands at $551m through Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures International and the next debut is Japan on March 14, although the global smash remains a potent force through holdovers. …
