When JetBlue first started flying in 1999, the low-coast carrier helped redefine air travel with amenities like seat-back screens. It's looking to put some pressure on legacy carriers again with a new premium-class section called Mint that launched June 15 on the first of 11 new Airbus A321 aircraft on flights between Los Angeles and New York. (Service to and from San Francisco will begin in October.) Going with the marketing flow, menus and inflight entertainment are called "refresh-Mint" and "excite-Mint," respectively. The new service is worth checking out, especially for Hollywood's frequent flyers. Here's why:
