Yuan-Cheng Fung

Considered the father of biomechanics, he founded the bioengineering program at the University of California, San Diego, and became the first bioengineer to receive the President's National Medal of Science.

Duy-Loan Le

A respected Vietnamese American design engineer for Texas Instruments, she holds 22 patents and is the first woman and the first Asian to be elected to the rank of Texas Instruments senior fellow. …
