Principal Consultant, Letizia HR Solutions

Before Mike Letizia met with his local SHRM group in 2000, he had never considered networking to be an important part of his career. But once he began exchanging ideas with likeminded professionals, there was no turning back. Since then, he has served on the board of the California State Council of SHRM (CalSHRM) for more than six years, and he frequently develops and teaches classes for SHRM.
