Why do you view culture as so important to driving performance?

Culture is the collection of behaviors of an organization. If you consider the great brands you rely on, companies that deliver a high level of service likely come to mind, including Nord- strom's, Disney, Zappos, Southwest Airlines, Apple. These are strong brands with strong cultures.
