Over the past year, we have had some wonderful additions to the Board of Trustees. With 19 mem- bers and seven Chair Emeriti, the ISC Board is as strong as it is diverse. The Board provides support for the organization through leadership, planning, and supervision of programs, as well as advice and guidance through strategic planning. We would like to welcome several new members who joined the Board in the last year.

Lucas Antony Cowan

Public Art Curator - Boston, MA

Cowan, who is curator of Boston's Rose Kennedy Greenway Conser- vancy, ensures that art is a signa- ture element of the park experience by building an innovative, rotating program of high- quality work. He previously served as Director of Pub- lic Art Programs at the Maryland State Arts Council, where he administered public art projects and spearheaded the passage of legislation requiring all state-funded capital projects to include public art in their construction. He was also Senior Curator of Exhibits for the Chicago Office of Tourism and Cul- ture and Millennium Park in Chicago.

Dana Martin Davis

Advocate/Collector-North Carolina

Davis focuses on collaborative efforts that bring the work of living artists to a broader public. She has served as a founding member of the Women's Leadership Initiative, the board chair of Moving Poets, and as a member of the executive board of The Light Factory, among other nonprofit roles. A 2010 Spirit Award recipient in Charlotte NC, She is currently on the board of the Metal Museum in Memphis, TN.

Richard Dupont

Artist

Richard Dupont's work includes drawings, installations, sculptures, and prints and concerns themes of the human body, digital tech- nology, memory, perception, and social space. He received a BA from the Departments of Visual Art and Art and Archaeology at Princeton University. He has had solo exhibitions at the Queens Museum, the Lever House Art Collection, the Mid- dlebury College Museum of Art, and the Hudson Valley Center for Contemporary Art. His works are included in numerous museum collections, including the Museum of Modern Art, the Whitney Museum of American Art, the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, the Cleveland Museum of Art, the Brooklyn Museum, and the New York Public Library Print Collection.
