EXCLUSIVE: Tom Davia and Diego Marambio have officially unveiled their Miami-based consultancy.

Cinemaven advises on acquisitions to sales agents and occasionally distributors in select territories, consults on festival and market management and programming and also on the sales, packaging and production of feature projects, with strong emphasis on Latin America.Since the company soft-launched in June and hit the ground in Toronto it has assembled a considerable client roster.Partners include the Guadalajara Film festival in Mexico, PÖFF/Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival in Estonia, the ANIMAZE: Montreal Animation Film Festival and Cebu International Film Festival in the Philippines.Cinemaven has served as production and packaging consultant to Brazil's Urca Filmes and Mexico's Mantarraya, Varios Lobos and Morbido Group/Ragnatela Societas.Clients include Argentina's 3C Films Group and El Dorado Contenidos, Puerto Rico's La Que Te Hablé, Guatemala's Mr. Music & Mr. Films, Chile's Jirafa Cine and Paraguay's OIMA Films.The roster also features deals with Ibero-American cinema advocates such as Canada's Cinemavault, the UK's Film Republic and US-based Digitalia, KAF Films, Outsider Pictures and Shoreline Entertainment."What we do is the truest definition of packaging," said Davia and Marambio.
