AUG. 2006

* A depot ships in error four classified MK-12 forward section reentry vehicle assemblies to Taiwan.

AUG. 29-30,2007

* Six nuclear cruise missiles with live warheads are mistakenly transported aboard a B-52 bomber across the United States. It took 36 hours before the Air Force realized the warheads were not in their bunker.

DEC. 1,2009
