Veteran movie producer and Tinseltown sci-on Frank Mancuso Jr. - his father headed Paramount Pictures in the 1980s, and MGM in the '90s - has his Beverly Hills estate up for sale with an asking price of $24 million. Mancuso, whose slew of cinematic credits include several installments in the "Friday the 13th" franchise, purchased the 3.5-acre property in 1989 for $1.7 million, per property records, and eventually engaged the services of architect John Reed, who custom-designed a nearly 14,000-squarefoot Spanish-influenced mansion completed in 2010. Old World architectural details include carved-wood doors, patterned encaustic tiles and ornamental iron work, much of it sourced from the arts-and-craftsy Mexican city of San Miguel de Allende.

There are a total of eight bathrooms divided between the main house, which includes four en suite bedrooms, and separate guest quarters that provide two more bedrooms. …
