One of the busiest women in the business, Melissa McCarthy recently completed shooting the film "Michelle Darnell," playing a woman going to prison for insider trading. The film is directed by her real-life husband, Ben Falcone, who previously directed her in "Tammy." She is also due back on her CBS sitcom "Mike & Molly," which was just renewed for a sixth season.

She is about to start shooting the new "Ghostbusters" movie, which reunites her with her "Bridesmaids" costar Kristen Wiig and director Paul Feig.

"I'm wildly excited about it," she says of the film, which starts shooting back East in June.

"When Paul asked me I was like, 'Oh my God are you kidding me?' I'm just champing at the bit to start shooting it with that group of women. It makes me want to lose my mind. …
