Audience: While some aspects of the Acuity Online Assessments are aimed at K-12 students and teachers, some are for grades 3-8. It should be noted that reading and computer skills can be a factor in usefulness as well. Three Acuity CCR forms (A, B, and C) are available in English-language arts and in mathematics for each grade in grades 3-8.

Format: Acuity CCR can be administered through adaptive (Smarter Balanced states only) online forms, online fixed form, paper/pencil forms, or a combination thereof. Also available is a suite of instructional resources, enabling teachers to instantly assign appropriate instructional material to each student based on assessment results. Students can receive instructional support at the right time to reinforce, remediate, and/or enrich Common Core skills learned in the classroom.

System Requirements: Acuity CCR Assessments can be used with any desktop, laptop, or tablet computer with internet access.

Description: Acuity CCR Online Assessments are online or pen and pencil tests that are created from a bank of items written to the Common Core State Standards and the specifications of the consortia. Acuity CCR Assessments mirror the blueprint, rigor, item types, and look and feel of the Partnership of Assessment for College and Career Readiness (PARCC).
