The longtime L.A. home of the late, great Emmy-winning actress and comedienne Bea Arthur has been sold for close to $15 million, and the new owners - we first caught wind from the fellas at Celebrity Address Aerial and later had confirmed by avid celebrity real estate snitch Lucy Spillerguts - are powerful, prolific and property-mad producers Kathleen Kennedy and Frank Marshall. The nearly four-acre estate, reportedly occupied by the legendary "Maude" and "Golden Girls" star from the mid-1970s until her 2009 death, was extensively renovated in the mid-2000s and listed for lease a couple of years ago at a staggering $60,000 per month. It was later listed at a significantly lower but still knee-buckling $32,500 per month.

Tucked into the secluded back of sylvan Sullivan Canyon, the sprawling, 7,000-plus square-foot hacienda-style abode was originally designed by iconic California architect Cliff May, and is currently configured with five bedrooms, six bathrooms and two offices. …
