Several inside sources, who include Peter Propertyseller and Miss Beverly Boulevard, have sent covert communiques to let us know that CAA's Kevin Huvane has quietly engaged the services of Edward Fitz, a partner at The Agency, to surreptitiously shop his plummy Beverly Hills estate, with a traffic-stopping $50 million-lsh price tag. Acquired by the high-powered agent in 2003 for an undisclosed amount, the roughly 10,000-square-foot, many gabled and half-timbered Tudor mansion was originally designed by Playboy Mansion architect Arthur R. Kelly.

Huvane unsuccessfully attempted to sell the then un-renovated estate in 2007, for a tad less then $16 million, but with no serious buyers, opted instead for a massive renovation. He hired major league architecture firm Ferguson & Shamamian to handle the overhaul, and brought in A-list designer Michael Smith to do up the decor. The elegant but low-key and no doubt prodigiously pricey result was swooned over in Architectural Digest (July 2012), includes six bedrooms, six full and three half bathrooms, a voluminous entrance hall with floating staircase, spacious living and dining rooms, a family room that doubles as a screening room, and a round, oak-paneled library. …
